By using the sites you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the sites.

They cover the use of the sites themselves. The contract for a service is governed by the terms of that service: the Rental Terms & Conditions on rent.vr.auto for car rental, and the Terms of Service on detailing.vr.auto for detailing work. Where the service terms and these terms differ, the service terms prevail for that service.

Prices, availability, service descriptions and photographs are published in good faith and may change at any time before a booking is confirmed.

The information on the sites is an invitation to book, not a binding offer. A contract is formed when we confirm your booking.

Vehicle and result photographs are illustrative. You receive the vehicle model and class you booked; colour, trim and equipment details may differ.

The text, layout, photographs, logos and the VibeRide name on the sites belong to us or to our licensors.

You may view, print and save pages for your own use. Any commercial reuse — copying, republishing or adapting the content — requires our written permission.

Please use the sites only to inform yourself and to book our services, and give accurate details when you do.

Do not place false bookings, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the sites, or extract content by automated means. We may block access where this happens.

The sites embed content from third parties, including Google reviews and maps and Instagram posts. That content and its accuracy are the providers' responsibility.

Card payments for car rental are processed by Viva Payments (viva.com) on their own hosted page. We never receive or store your full card details.

How we handle your personal data is described in the Privacy & Cookie Policy.

We keep the sites running with reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, and we may change or withdraw parts of them.

We are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the sites. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, and your mandatory rights as a consumer are not affected.

We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your booking is the one that applies to that booking; the date of the current version is shown above.

Complaints: write to info@viberideauto.com. We reply within 14 days. If we cannot settle the matter, you may contact the Cyprus Consumer Protection Service (consumer.gov.cy).

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus; the courts of Limassol have jurisdiction. Your mandatory rights as a consumer are not affected.
