VIBERIDE LTD (Reg. No. HE 474252, "we") operates the websites vr.auto, rent.vr.auto and detailing.vr.auto. Registered office: Archiepiskopou Makariou III 84, Office 1, 6017 Larnaca, Cyprus. Office and studio: Anton Tsechof 27, Limassol 3048, Cyprus. Contact: hello@vr.auto.

Booking and contact forms: name, phone, email, rental dates and selected services — used solely to process your booking or request.

The rental checkout on rent.vr.auto and the enquiry form on detailing.vr.auto are protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3, Google's anti-abuse service. It loads together with the form, reads and writes information in your browser, and sends Google technical data about your device and how you interacted with the page so that Google can score the submission; we receive only that score. What Google does with that data is governed by its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

Payments are processed by Viva Payments (viva.com). We never receive or store your full card details.

Google reviews are fetched by our own server; only the reviewers' profile pictures load from Google in your browser. Google receives technical data such as your IP address when that content loads.

Hosting is provided by Vercel; standard server logs (IP address, request time) are kept for security and operations.

Bookings and enquiries are stored in our own database (PostgreSQL hosted with Neon) and are passed to our internal CRM, where our team processes them.

Car rental bookings are also passed to Rentsyst, the rental management system in which the rental agreement is issued.

When you book a car rental, our CRM emails you about that booking: the confirmation, a reminder the day before hand-over, and — if you left your address at a checkout you did not finish — one reminder about it. These are sent through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which receives your name and email address for that purpose and nothing else. The confirmation and the reminder are part of performing your rental contract; the unfinished-checkout reminder rests on our legitimate interest in completing a booking you started, and carries an unsubscribe link.

NEXT_LOCALE (functional): remembers your language choice. Strictly necessary — no consent required.

vr-cc (cookie, set on .vr.auto): carries your cookie choice across our three sites, so one decision applies everywhere.

vr-cookie-consent (local storage): keeps a per-site copy of that choice.

Analytics and marketing cookies are set only if you allow them in the cookie banner, and the two can be allowed separately under "Customise". Until then Google Consent Mode keeps the relevant tags in a denied state. A choice stands for 12 months, after which we ask again.

detailing.vr.auto (container GTM-KMJK8X7T) and rent.vr.auto (container GTM-WGM43KMB) each load a Google Tag Manager container of their own, which — once you have accepted — activates the analytics and advertising tags configured in it, such as Google Analytics 4, and lets those tags set their own cookies. vr.auto (container GTM-NPV7S6G3) does the same, subject to the same consent choice.

Performance of a contract (bookings), your consent (optional cookies), and our legitimate interest in running and securing the sites.

Booking data is kept as long as required for the rental relationship and statutory (tax) obligations, then deleted.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and withdraw consent at any time — write to hello@vr.auto. You may lodge a complaint with the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy).
