VIBERIDE LTD (Reg. No. HE 474252, "we") operates the websites vr.auto, rent.vr.auto and detailing.vr.auto. Address: Anton Tsechof 27, Limassol 3048, Cyprus. Contact: info@viberideauto.com.

What data we process

Booking and contact forms: name, phone, email, rental dates and selected services — used solely to process your booking or request.

Payments are processed by Viva Payments (viva.com). We never receive or store your full card details.

Our sites embed Google reviews and Instagram content; these providers may process technical data (e.g. your IP address) when the content loads.

Hosting is provided by Vercel; standard server logs (IP address, request time) are kept for security and operations.

Cookies and local storage

NEXT_LOCALE (functional): remembers your language choice. Strictly necessary — no consent required.

vr-cookie-consent (local storage): stores your cookie choice itself.

Analytics or marketing cookies are only set if you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner. Currently we set none.

Legal bases

Performance of a contract (bookings), your consent (optional cookies), and our legitimate interest in running and securing the sites.

Retention

Booking data is kept as long as required for the rental relationship and statutory (tax) obligations, then deleted.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and withdraw consent at any time — write to info@viberideauto.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy).
